Shipping
Free shipping on orders $300 and more. (*see below special rate for lamps) 
Orders of less than $300 pay a flat rate of $12 shipping.

Orders are processed within one business day and are shipped within 1-3 days by UPS. You will receive an email with the tracking information.

We only ship within the US. We do not offer international shipping.
We also offer in-store pick-up.

*Special shipping rate for Lamps: $50 shipping for table lamps and $75 for floor lamps.

Return policy
You may return unused and merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days from when you received it, however, the customer must pay return shipping.

If your return is a result of manufacturer error, you will be refunded all costs including shipping.

If your return is NOT a result of a manufacturer error then you will get a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within 15 days of when Pandora's receives your return.

Customers will be charged for returned used or damaged products. Sheets and duvet covers must be returned in original unopened packaging.  

Custom orders are non-refundable. 

Exchange policy

We are more than happy to exchange your order for you. Your exchange needs to be done within 15 days from when you received it, however, the customer must pay return shipping. We will ship out it as soon as your return is received.

The merchandise must be unused and unlaundered.

Pillows and Comforters (Down or Alternative Down) are not are not returnable.
